Definition
It is a disease that breaks out when the articular cartilage that embraces the the articular surface wears out revealing the bone and the synovial infection around the joints induces pain and deformation. In most cases degenerative arthritis occurs when overusing weak cartilage for too long, by forcing the joints with obesity or extreme sports, and if there was a problem with the joints since childhood which lingered on for too long. It is often mistaken that this illness is natural to happen when getting old, but it could surprise you by turning out at an early age.
Causes
- Changes in joints due to aging
- Malnutrition in the muscle and bone/ weakened muscle
- Heraditary, overweight
- Excessive exercise, continuously abusing joints
- Damages in the joint areas due to external shocks
Symptoms
- Creaking sounds and pain are experienced when walking for an extended period of time or when climbing stairs
- Pain is experienced when changing knee positions or sitting down
- Fever is experienced at the part above the knee joints, with pain experienced
- Joints would become stiff and swell. If sitting down or standing for an extended period of time, joint pain will occur
- When standing, joints are changed resulting in bent or O-shaped legs
Treatment
- Non-surgical: Physical therapy, shots, external shockwaves, etc.
- Surgical: Artificial joints surgery, Arthroendoscopy operation, Cartilage regenerating surgery, Stem cell therapy

Definition
The round head part of the leg bone that meets the pelvic bone is called the head of femur. This is a disease that the bone tissue necrotizes with the suspension of blood supply heading to the head of femur which results in poor blood supply.
Causes
- Causes and development courses are not precisely known
- Excessive drinking, smoking, or use of steroids
- When suffering from kidney illness or rufus
Symptoms
- Causes pain when spreading legs or turning them inward
- Hard to sit crossed-legged
- When it gets severe the length of the legs differ
- There is no symptom at the beginning but the pain starts after the necrosis and the bone freacture.
- When not treated the necrotized bone area will be freactured causing pain and the necrotized area cave in to break
out arthritis of the hip joint.
Treatment
- Non-Surgica: Medication, Physical Therapy, Main Area Decompression
- Surgical: Artificial Joints Operation, Arthroendoscopy operation, Cartilage regenerating surgery, Stem cell therapy
