This reconstruction surgery goes into action when the anterior cruciate ligament is completely ruptured with severe instability. The transplant of the patient’s own, or someone else ligament is part of the procedure.

Adventages
- With the cruciate ligament rupture arthritis could speed up to become a severe degenerating arthritis in middle age
in this case an artificial joint may be inserted, but with the Reconstruction Cruciate Ligament surgery,
